The most simplest potato salad recipe

WALT - make the most  basic Potato salad ever.

If you want to know the secret recipe for Potato salad then keep reading from top to bottom.

Potato ( Obviously )

carrots

meat ( Ham )

and mayo ( if you want to use it )


You will need to use the  Potato peeler to peel the Potato then boil it with eggs while you regg and Potato is boiling then peel the carrot and grate it. then put it in the bowl. chop your meat ( Ham ) and leave it there. then check on your eggs and Potato is see if it is soft. If it is then put it in a colander to cool it down. Then check on your egg to see if it is cracked a little bit then it is cooked apply water on it and start peeling it to slice and dice it to put with the carrot. Then tip all the potato in the bowl with the carrot. Apply the meat in the bowl with the salad and there you have it.  Let me tell you the secret recipe ( Nothing ).

Term 2 Immersion Assembly

WALT - Longitude and Latitude
Yeah!! Term 1 goodbye, Here I come Term 2. Today is the first day of term 2 and Pt England school had an Immersion Assembly. We found out what we were going to learn about in term 2. The theme for term 2 is " I like your Latitude " I am going to be explaining what team I enjoyed and what My favourite parts were about that team.

Team 1s movie was very interesting and sad because The bees are dying and some are trying to survive what's making them dye is Colony , Collapse and Disorder ( CCD ) There is this group called S.O.F.A and is trying their very best to help the bees from dying. The students from team 1 is also going to help S.O.F.A save the bees.

Team 4s movie was hilarious. The characters from team 4 movie was Mr Goodwin, Miss Parrant, Mrs Sio and Miss West. The team got a call from Mr goodwin that they had to meet at Pak N save but then Miss Parrant had got another call from Mr Goodwin that they had to find their own way back to Pt England school without using an GPS only a Map and a compass. They all got lost out of nowhere until they worked as a group and agreed to go the same way. They only stopped if it was necessarily and came out with hot chips they all noticed that they were walking in circles, I Laughed when Mrs Sio took the lead and led them all to Great Tong to buy her chicken Mmm Mm mm. Miss Parrant took the lead and finally led them to school until they all got mad at Mr Goodwin and told him to make his way home. The thing is that he had to find a way home without using a GPS. He could only  use a map and compass.

I enjoyed watching every teams Item, but the team that I loved the most was team four. If you weren't there well to bad for you, But if you were it was really funny right??

I admire my mother, Do you???

WALT - We are learning how to compose a poem

I was raised by a mother, who didn't treat me wrong
But she was a mother, who kept me strong
She would always keep, my family together 
Through all the bad times, she would be there forever
She's a hard worker, she works all day
She may be stressed, but she smiles every day

would you rather Clean or do whatever you want

Would you rather Sit on a chair and watch whatever you want?, Or would you rather do something that doesn’t concern sitting down? Well I would do something without someone telling me something to do, and when something is clean then I look around and if there’s nothing else to do then I would do whatever I wanted to.

So If you are those kinds of people who just come home from school ( or work ), get changed and start cleaning up. well that’s kind of me( Are you sure ). Like for an example you do something your parents didn’t tell you to do makes them a little happier rather than shouting “ CLEAN UP THIS HOUSE NOW!!! You get me right?

Secondly think before you take action, meaning as if you choose to do whatever you want when your house looks like a dump well it’s your choice not mine. If you are unsure if you should just want to come home and do whatever you like well I wouldn’t do that if I were you.

And last of all maybe you should lift some weight rather than gaining some weight. Well that’s not me ( obviously ) I’m just saying instead of watching tv and eating junk food wouldn’t help you.

Malaga Talk!!!

Today After morning tea team 5 at Pt England school had a privilege of 3 lovely guests speakers that were Fiona Bakulich who is Mrs Tele'a'a sister, Jason young which is Mr Tele'a ( Mrs Tele'a Husband)  and Tanielu Tele' a Mrs Tele'a's Son ( Everybody's Player ). They came to introduce themselves to where they are now.

Jason Young is a builder he works at Dysart has one son ( That I forgot his name ). He went to Pt England school primary and Tamaki College. Jason is a part of a program and is a mentor for Big Buddy. when he was in primary he said he liked writing. He didn't go university but regrets he didn't go.

 The next person to talk was Fiona Bakulich, She is a Funeral Director. She is in a tv program which is called The Casketeers.She has a kind heart and funny like Mrs Tele'a ( Well obviously It's because there sisters ). She went to Grey lynn primary and Mangere College. She is 1 year 1 month and eleven days young than Mrs Tele'a

Tanielu Tele'a Which is Mrs Tele'a's Son is very talented at rugby league and a new member of the blues. He went to 2 successful schools which were PES and St kents College. He has had great support from his family. He joined in a lot of sports in his primary years. What I learnt from him was to keep your head down and carry on.

Team 5 learnt a lot from them and we a very thankful that they took there time to come and speak to us.

Mmm Mmm Mm lasagna

WALT - group two is learning to make lasagna.

Here are the ingredients if YOU want to know how to make it.

1.you need to chop the Onion
2.after you have finished then put tip oil in the pan, wait for the oil to boil.
3.then wait for the onion to soften and the add the mince
4.break the mince until the there is no chunks and then add garlic
5.then add ginger ginger
6.make a garlic chilli sauce and add it in
7. then put your ingredients from the pan into a baking tin.

The ominous beach

WALT - We are showing our knowledge of explanation structure through explaining something I enjoy doing in my spare time.

People getting absorbed inside the waterfall that reaches to the end of the world. The NZ Herald news comes on and says " Welcome to NZ Herald, We have a bad condition that this beach is the ominous beach I've never seen on earth. imagining of me swimming on that beach gives me the creeps.

As I see the sun travel beneath the deep blue sea and the stars, the moon appears in the dark blue sky. The big white fluffs circle nearby the moon.

Winter
