Tokyo, Malaysia, Niue, Tonga, and many more. Do you have a special place you would like to go, because I know I have mine? Just think about it, you have a special place you would like to go with your family but can't afford it ( It happens all the time ). If you want to travel to a special place in mind, anything is possible when you just put your mind to it.
Anything is possible, Having a special place is hard because of payment and other things. But I'd say that if you want to go to a special place with your family then you have to work hard to earn it just put your mind to it, anything is possible.
The special place I would like to go with my family is Niue and that would be in a couple of years since with have a big family. Niue is 26 celsius that's hot and it hardly rains there only sun.
You have my opinion of where I what special place I want to go and some ideas if you think that you can't go. Of course, you can go but you need to do one thing to make that happen. If you put your mind to it, anything is possible.

Immersion assembly
Fakalofa lahi atu Kia mutolu oti. It's term four ( urgh damn it ) The first day of school ( That means we have an immersion assembly ). Every teacher looked great in what they were wearing. They were dressed in a hula skirt, and even wearing a flower lei because It turned out to be Niuean language week ( ON THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL ). There was one video from a team and three performances from the others.
let's start from team one. There were four mean princesses which were Mrs. Lal, Mrs. Dwyer, Mrs. Squires, Miss Shirley, and Miss Cheti. The princess's received a letter from the palace saying the prince is trying to find a new princess so the princesses got dressed and headed to the palace, but there was one person who really wanted to go but had to clean the house she really wished she could go but the princesses didn't let her bragging they were good dancing so they could have to prince all to themselves, until The fairy godmother saved the day by turning them into frogs and learning their lesson to never be unkind.
Team 2 this term is about dancing. So Ms. Moran, Ms. Teleso, Ms. Gaston and Mrs. Carter played a song while they acted to it and danced too.
Team 3s performance was short and sweet and everybody likes that. So what they did was make a video exactly what prefects would do korero's it was like that but there was some korero's throughout the year and some this term they sang a song, that the students who used to come to Pt England school made that song so one person who used to come to Pt England school was in the video clip and teachers that are still at Pt England school was in it too.
Team 4s performance was probably going to do something about drama and acting they were actin got the production that the seniors and some juniors performed last term ( term 3 ).
And lastly, team 5 performed a dance with remix music it had the waka song and others too the teachers that performed were Whaea Kelly, Mrs. Stone, Miss Tapuke, Mrs. Moala and Mrs. Ilaoa. their performance was so good I think this term would be the best out of all.
I hope you took your time into reading how our immersion assembly went. It was a blast so hot and sometimes cold.

" Genomics Fun Day "
WALT - Write about how Glenbrae & Glenn Innes came to Pt England school
So today we had a Genomics fun day. It is when the year 7 & 8s from Glenbrae and Glenn Innes come to our school. After we went in our home classes and finished our roll, our teacher sorted us into for groups of four or five, I had Christina, Daliz, jordan, Reece and Pifeleti . When the time hit 9:30Am Glenbrae & Glenn Innes came to our school and we had to meet in the street. We sang a few waiata's, said a karakia and mihi then we started off with putting some of the students from Glenbrae and Glenn Innes into the groups that our teachers started. Then we had a meet and greet with the other schools, and what inspired us about genomics. After that, we had to go to the street to play a game containing spot prizes the judges Jannie and Thierry ( Te - rry ) asked the questions and they get a prize if the answer was right. It was time for morning tea break but the seniors had to keep on going with the Genomics thing. We had one minute to think of a name for our groups and my groups name was chocolate biscuits. Other teams in our class were running to the judges to say their group name then they get a paper with eight questions on it and we have to answer all eight then take sheet of paper to Jannie and she will give another sheet of paper to write the answers in. After that we had to meet in the street so The judges could announce a winner, but their was a tie between two groups which was Dynamite and Hp Girls. We said our goodbyes and they set off back to their school.

Is candy better than Chocolate??
No no no most of you may think that candy is WAY better than chocolate but from my point of view chocolate is way better than candy ( am I right or am I right ). Chocolate can solve your problems in anyway isn't that amazing. When you are feeling down or a little bit angry just eat or let it dissolve in your mouth. Most of you may think chocolate is yuck or you just like candy better than chocolate but just read until the and let's see If I change your mind.
Why I dislike candy ( not hate but dislike ). Candy can be sticky at times and get stuck into your teeth and you can't seem to get it out ( am I right or am I right ). Chocolate is more enjoyable than candy how it just melts in your mouth without you having to bite it. It's easier to eat chocolate than candy anyways, because you have to keep chewing and chewing then you swallow it isn't it a bit longer than chocolate.
About to blow your mind. Do you know where chocolate was made?? Do you know how chocolate was made? Do you even know when chocolate first came in NZ?? well I will be answering those questions. In 1884 Richard Hudson came into Dunedin and opened up a biscuit bakehouse, he followed the first chocolate and cocoa manufacturing plant in New Zealand which eventually became Cadbury.
I hope I changed most of your minds to love chocolate or like I hope you understand why I like chocolate now. What's your pacific chocolate that you like to eat?? Because I know I like all sorts.

Cross country! ( I wasn't excited at all ).
WALT - write an explanation about cross country.
When there's a day you don't want to participate in like an exam, a test or even a day you will be running two long laps in like cross country, comes ( Most people wag school just to not participate ). Do you know what cross country is? It is a day your whole school participates in a running course.
So what Pt England school does, is that the students come to school in their school uniform ( they don't start their starting with a run ). So you just have to start your morning normally, and your morning tea. Next then after morning tea, you have a normal middle block and at approximately 12:15 you get ready for your run. After your short lunch break, your line up in your home class line and walk to the courts and line in your year level and your gender whether your a girl or a boy
( Yeah Yeah yeah I know you got it ).
Then the principal or whoever is a teacher calls your year groups then says ready set go and then you set off. But our school doesn't say ready set go we use these two blocks and clap them together and makes a loud bang and then we either start to sprint or jog.
These are my opinions for you to try Pt England's way of cross country
( If you ever have one each year ). So take my advice ask any teacher of yours or even the principal if you could try our way of Cross country.

" How to make new friends at a new school. "
WALT - Use different topics to write an explanation piece of writing.
Starting high school and thinking back to intermediate trying to make a new start. Walking past people on the first day trying to think of a sentence to say. When you were younger you had many friends, but now you just don't know how to make one. I will be giving you some simple tips on how to make new friends at a new school.
So here's the thing if you're going to any school or even your first day at college you have to make sure ( you have to, you just have to. ) that you have to at least try to make friends on the first day because on the second everybody will already have their friends and you are going to be lonely.
If you want to know how to make friends on the first day. Try walking towards them and introduce yourself, sit beside someone that is sitting on their own and ask them if they're alright. Who cares if you made friends with someone that is a nerd at least you have a friend. The simple things that you need for having a friend is, can you rely on them??
So those are some of my hints on how to make a new friend at a new school. Just take my advice and trust me, you will definitely get yourself a friend. Make sure you make a new friend on the first day before it's too late.
TASK DESCRIPTION - Our focus for this week is writing about a topic that has to do with how to make new friends at a new school. I hope you use my tips and you will eventually make a new friend.

Good Education - Good Future
WALT - Use different topics to write an explanation piece of writing.
Some parents think that their child going to school will be successful in life, but they don't know that other people who created technologies, dropped out of school and they're already fulfilling in life. What's the point of going to school when other people hardly learned anything when they were younger and fulfilled their life when they grew up as an adult.
I may know that parents want their child to fulfill their life as they are older and not turn out like their parents. Well, I will you giving some simple tips on what and how your child is going to succeed in life just take your time reading and you will start to get the idea.
First of all, if your child is mucking about during learning time and you're working your butts off to provide what you can for your child, what's the point of making them go to school if their not gonna learn anything.
Second of all before you send your child to school you may have to home school them, so as they join the school as a 5 yr old student they will be paying attention and taking note on what their learning about. You may think learning is everything
( and it is ) but you may not have heard that your child never really listens
( trust me ).
and last of all, If you want your child to have a better life than yours you must take my advice, Must at least check every day what your child has learned new so you know they paid attention to their teacher. You must always know that your child is listening to their teachers at all times.
So they are some simple tips on Good Education - Good future. Use my tips wisely, it's not like a toy to play with ( This is serious ).

True friend vs fake friend
WALT - Use different topics to write an explanation piece of writing.
kind, generous, loving, helpful, loyal, would you want friends like these in your life??. Did you ever have friends like these during kindy, primary, intermediate and going through college?? Well, I will be explaining throughout the following paragraphs.
Firstly, friends that backstab other friends, is not a true friend, I wonder if they've actually had a true friend, a friend that treats them kindly. But the thing is, have they treated their friends the same as their friends treated them.
Secondly, I would like to say, are you a true friend??? A true friend that is honest and never lies ( Well in a serious way ). Are you someone who is always there when their friends need them the most?? Fake friends are there for you in your brightest moments but disappear during your hardest times.
Last but not least you can count how many friends you have but can you count on them, can you trust them with all your heart, sometimes you tell your friends your secret but they tell everyone else ( and that's definitely not a true friend ). A true friend is when they stick up for you when things are going wrong in your life. True friends are someone who keeps their promises and makes you want to keep yours, too.
There are my simple tips on how to be a good friend. Who is a true friend or a fake friend? It's up to you to figure out who is a true friend or a fake friend. I hope you enjoyed reading my blog.

Are games educational???
WALT - Use our created templates and checklists to write a persuasive piece of writing.
Do you think games are educational??? Because from my point of view
They're not educational at all. They just teach them things that are not apart of education like ( go get him, oh I lost, and mostly play with their friends on games ) it's mostly the boys that waste there sleep time. Would you want to stay up all night and waste your 8 hour sleep?? Or would you take that 8 hour sleep?
That's for sure the games that people play are not ( Exactly ) educational but some do learn to play ( but not to learn ). That's why they go to school so when they get home they have homework to do, not just for those people who just go straight on games, that doesn't really help them much.
Did you know whoever still doesn't know the simplest equations or questions means that they didn't take all the opportunities they had??, they didn't learn as much as other students did, that's a sign that they didn't listen to their teachers? Do you get where I'm going with this educational thing???
Where I'm going with this is that GAMES ARE NOT EDUCATIONAL
( Do you understand? ) Not at all, they don't teach you anything but play games. The only times I think you should be playing games is when you've finished everything like for an example finishing off your homework, do your chores and then start doing whatever you like.
These are my opinions about, " Are games educational " well thinking of which is not . Take my advice and you will get every simplest equations or question about learning. Take all the opportunities before it's too late.
TASK DESCRIPTION - Our focus for this week is learning how to choose a topic from the presentation and making a narrative about disagreeing about the topic or agreeing.

Should children be ban from using social media???
WALT - Use our created templates and checklists to write a persuasive piece of writing.
Should kids under the age of 13 yrs old be ban from using social media??? By the time they're 12, 50% of kids use at least one social media platform. To sign up, many kids lie about their age. That's because popular sites like Instagram, Facebook, Snap chat, and Tiktok all set their age limit at 13, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act
I agree that students and kids should be ban from social media because they might get heartbroken, and how would you know if they were the same age as you or an adult ( You don't ). You haven't even met them in real life.
To be honest, do Parents even know what their child is doing ( I don't think so ) Their parents are probably thinking oh my son/daughter are doing some homework so I will try not to bother them ( but seriously, they're being dodgy as every other kid is ).
These are the reasons why you don't need to have social media under the age of 13 yrs, ( do you want to know why, do you ) because they got other things to do, like focus on their education ( that is why ).
It's your choice whether you think whether YOU should have social media
TASK DESCRIPTION - My focus from this week is picking one topic from room 3s writing site.

Should we wear school uniform or mufti???
WALT - Use our created templates and checklists to write a persuasive piece of writing.
Should we wear school uniform or not?? It's a hard choice to make whether you want to wear school uniform or not. Some ( or I could at least say most ) of you are comfortable wearing school uniform or wearing normal mufti clothes to school. All I can say is that I agree on wearing school uniform.
Wearing school uniform is an honour to prove that you would wear it with pride to show that you would represent your school, but the same goes as wearing mufti, whether your in school or out of school it looks as if people don't know what school you go to.
Why I think Wearing A school uniform teaches students to dress smartly and take pride in their looks. ... Possibly most importantly, a uniform means students don't have to worry about peer pressure when it comes to their clothes. When everyone is dressed the same, worrying about what you look like isn't so important.
Why we should wear mufti clothes to school is because Aside from allowing students and staff to wear mufti for the day, this tradition aims to bring classes to compete with each other by following a set dress code theme for the day.
Do you agree or disagree?? on wearing school uniform or mufti?
From my point of view, I think students should be able to represent their school. I want to know what you think about whether we should school uniform or mufti.
